Delete your VocLock account

For VocLock on Android and iPhone

In the app (fastest)

  • Open VocLock and go to Settings → Account.
  • Tap Delete account and confirm with your password (or your Google account).
  • Done: your account and the progress saved in it are deleted right away.

Without the app

Write to voclock.app@gmail.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days and let you know.

What gets deleted

  • Your account: email address, user ID and (with Google sign-in) your name and profile picture link.
  • The copy of your learning progress: words and how well you know them, streak and history, statistics, achievements, your own words and settings.

Nothing is kept afterwards. What's stored on your phone itself stays until you uninstall VocLock or clear its data. More in the privacy policy.
